Parish Ministry Opportunities

The parish is seeking a housekeeper at this time to help clean and maintain the parish rectory (approximately 3-4 hours per week).  Please direct any and all inquiries to the attention of Father Ed either at the parish office (610-693-5851) or email (pastor.essig@aol.com).  We are looking to hire immediately.    Thank You!

We are currently distributing Holy Communion by means of 'drive thru'. On Sunday mornings ~ and Sundays only ~ from 9:10 - 9:30am and from 11:40 – 12 Noon, the priest will be standing at the end of the sidewalk outside the church building.  You are asked not to arrive before such time as to avoid any traffic issues in the parking lot with those who are leaving Mass. Please take the right hand driveway of the church entrance and make a large loop to come around to where the priest will be standing (instead of coming in on the left and making a direct approach).  The priest will then approach each person in the car and distribute Holy Communion, after which the person(s) may exit. This opportunity will continue until we are able to attend Mass without any restrictions. Also, please be aware that this particular way of reception of Holy Communion is with the important understanding that the person(s) have either watched the Mass already, or have full intention of watching Mass later in the day.

Our Mission:

Guided by the gentle spirit and practical teachings of St. Francis de Sales, we strive to "Live Jesus" in our daily lives. We proclaim the Gospel, celebrate the Holy Eucharist, and are nourished through prayer, worship, love, and service to others. Together we are building a community that brings joy to our faith and light to the world, which one day will become the City of God.
