Announcements

This week's Bulletin in Adobe PDF file.

BEREAVEMENT SESSIONS will be held here at St. Francis de Sales weekly for five weeks beginning Monday, September 27th  and continue in  October on the following Mondays: 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th. All sessions begin at 7:00 PM. This is a gathering of men and women who come together for some grief education and support of one another. Your “loss” can be a new one or a long-enduring one. Watch for more information and dates that will be published. Please Call Sr. Mary at 61-693-5851 or Kathleen McCarthy if you are interested in attending.

THANK YOU for your generosity in last week’s collection for the St. Vincent De Paul Society. On July 31st & August 1st our volunteers fed over 250 people at Kennedy House. Our July and August Opportunity House volunteers fed 60 to 80 folks on each of those Thursdays. Thanks to our July volunteers, Rose DiNunzio, Jennifer McNamara, Tina Barr and Sandy Grajewski; and our August volunteers, Carolyn Schultz, Dan Buckley and Joan Bross. Your ongoing support allows us to minister to a variety of outreach programs.

Your blood is critically needed!  The Miller-Keystone Blood Bank is in short supply.  Please consider helping out by donating the “Gift of Life” at our next community Blood Drive on Tuesday, September 21st at St. Daniel’s Church here in Robesonia.  Thank you to the parishioners who already signed up at the blood drive held at St. Paul’s Church back in July.  For those that can help by donating on September 21st, please sign up for one of the available times on the signup sheet in the church foyer.  Appointments are requested, but walk-ins are always welcome!  September is always a busy month, but it is also a good time to remember that your blood donations help save lives.

Attention Parents & Young Adults - your time and talent is needed for this important ministry to our children during the 10:30 AM Mass. Please give your name to the office or call 610-693-5851 and leave a message. You will be contacted with all the details.  A Background Check is required at no cost to you.
